What's included
- New skylight installation in shingle, tile and metal roofs
- Replacement of old, fogged or cracked skylights
- Skylight leak repair and reflashing
- Correct curb framing and flashing kits

Flashing is everything
Nearly every skylight leak comes down to flashing. We frame the opening correctly, use the proper flashing for your roof type, and layer underlayment so water is directed around the skylight instead of into your home.
