Where torch down makes sense
Shingles and tile are not designed for low slopes. Torch down creates a continuous, fused membrane that handles standing water and snowmelt on flat sections, porch roofs, additions and commercial buildings.
Drainage comes first
Most flat roof problems start with ponding water. We look at slope, drains, scuppers and edges and fix drainage issues as part of the job so the new roof is not fighting the same problem.
